The City of Annapolis and the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) want to thank the residents of Harbour House and Eastport Terrace, along with neighbors and community partners across Eastport, for their time, ideas, and commitment throughout the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI) planning process.

Over the past two years, we’ve held dozens of meetings and design sessions where residents helped shape the vision for the future of their community. The redevelopment of Harbour House and Eastport Terrace under the Choice Neighborhoods program will bring a mixed-use, mixed income development that includes space for shops, healthcare, recreation, and other community amenities.

Most importantly, the redevelopment will be built in phases to ensure no resident is displaced. This project reflects the priorities of the people who call Eastport home and will create a stronger, more connected future for all of Annapolis.
