Join Us!
Focused on enhancing the quality of life for families who live in Eastport Terrace and Harbour House, Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) seeks to engage community stakeholders to create a comprehensive revitalization plan.
The planning process will take place over a two-year period from April 2022 to April 2024. The Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis (HACA) and the City of Annapolis are co-grantees. The entire process is administered through a planning grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
